Simple and Easy Return Policy

Time Frame for Returns:

Customers have 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Condition of the Product:

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Process for Returns:

To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team at info@riptidetackle.com.  Once the return is approved, customers will receive communication via email.

Refunds:

Customers will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If a customer prefers an exchange, they can specify the desired item. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items may not be eligible for return.

Processing Time:

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is an error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
